Frequency conversion energy-saving technology
Frequency conversion technology is to adjust the speed of the equipment by changing the input power frequency of the motor, so that the refrigerated container cooling capacity is consistent with the system load, and then the temperature in the box is stable within a certain range.
The frequency conversion control technology has remarkable energy-saving efficiency. When the air supply volume is 80% of the working air volume, the fan adopts frequency conversion adjustment, and its energy consumption is only 15% of the original, while the energy consumption is 93% by throttling adjustment, and the energy consumption is reduced by nearly half. When the air volume is reduced to 50%, the energy consumption of throttling regulation is 73%, and the energy consumption of frequency conversion regulation is only 15%. Therefore, the frequency conversion adjustment has a significant energy-saving effect.
Hot gas defrosting technology
Traditional air cooler defrosting usually uses process heat (hot gas) or electrical energy (electric defrosting) to melt, in this process, the cooling operation is interrupted and steam fog is formed, and the condensed water steam on the roof will form ice.
Compared with electric heating, the new defrosting technology not only shortens the time of hot gas defrosting by 40% but also reduces the heat load of the unit.
